We have received enquiries about the UCA-NI Pharmacy Conference that is scheduled to take place on Sunday 29th March and confirmation as to whether or not this will be going ahead with the challenges we are facing with Covid-19.
This is a fast moving situation. Profile and UCA-NI are keeping up to date with advice from the Dept of Health. There has been significant concerns of having over 180 community pharmacists in one room together; the individuals who are a significant player in the mitigation phase of Covid-19.
With health and safety paramount, we would like to take this opportunity to advise you, that we have made the decision to offer an alternative delivery to the content of the conference.
There will NOT be a conference taking place on Sunday 29th March. However, to ensure that you receive the important information that was due to be delivered to you, the content will now be delivered online through Pharmacy in Focus and UCA-NI Websites.
This information will be made available online for nine months to allow plenty of time for the delegates to access the material and benefit from this.
Further information will be communicated to you once we have the breakout sessions available online.
