Are you an emerging Pharmacy leader?

Are you looking for a quality training programme that will enhance and extend your leadership skills?

Do you seek to unlock your full leadership potential?

WELL HERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!

CLIP Ireland application date extended to 5th April at 5pm to accommodate those potential delegates who have found the timescale for applications too limiting.

Extra time available for you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

We have extended the deadline for applications to the CLINICAL LEADERSHIP IN PHARMACY programme.

The programme is open to Hospital Pharmacists, Prescribing Advisors, Community Pharmacists, Senior Pharmacy Technicians and Practice-based Pharmacists across Ireland.

Applicants should be currently working in a clinical pharmacy role in an operational environment and be in a new leadership role, or aspiring to move into a role that includes this aspect, and therefore, have an opportunity to test the learned skills from the programme.

The programme is wide ranging and delivered by high calibre and experienced trainers, and therefore, offers an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders.

Applications must be lodged via https://www.pharman.co.uk/pm-leadership/clip-ireland by 5pm on Wednesday 5th April 2017 (unless there are compelling reasons for an extension).

In the previous programme for Scotland, Pharmacy Management has worked closely with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) to align the Clinical Leadership in Pharmacy programme to the RPS Faculty competencies for Leadership, Management and Collaborative Working Relationships.

In recognition of the high quality training, delivered to recognised RPS standards and in line with the Advanced Pharmacy Framework, this programme has been granted RPS Faculty Accreditation. There is no current equivalent across Ireland. PM is currently exploring a similar accreditation process, with a relevant body in each jurisdiction, for the programme across Ireland.

If you wish to develop your skills and help move on the pharmacy agenda in Ireland, this will be an ideal investment of your time.

Our recent graduates from the CLIP Scotland programme said:
“I have learned a lot from the CLIP Programme and undertaking this project; this has been a very worthwhile programme for my development and what I have been able to take back to my workplace.”

‘I would have no hesitation in recommending this programme to any
Pharmacist no matter what stage they are at in their career.’

Building on our years of expertise of delivering leadership training to Senior Pharmacists across the UK, this programme has been designed in collaboration with Senior Pharmacists across Ireland.

We have worked closely with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society to ensure that our programme content is accredited by the RPS Faculty and is aligned to the competencies for leadership and management.

This process was adhered to successfully in our first programme of Clinical Leadership in Pharmacy which has been delivered in Scotland during the last 15 months.  PM is currently exploring a similar accreditation process, with a relevant body in each jurisdiction, for the programme across Ireland.

The programme is open to Hospital Pharmacists, Prescribing Advisors, Community Pharmacists, Senior Pharmacy Technicians and Practice-based Pharmacists.

Applicants should be currently working in a clinical pharmacy role in an operational environment and be in a new leadership role, or aspiring to move into a role that includes this aspect, and therefore, have an opportunity to test the learned skills from the programme.

The programme is wide ranging and delivered by high calibre and experienced trainers, and for that reason, offers an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders.
